This is an Oil to Milk Cleanser that effectively and gently removes makeup and in contact with water becomes a gentle face cleanser, that rinses off without the oily or greasy film. It can be used as the first step in your double cleansing routine and also as a single daily cleanser for dry and dehydrated skin types.
