We are Open 9am- 4pm Monday-Friday & 9am-2pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.
Delivery Time Frame
Abuja & Lagos: Same day within 2-7hours after placing an order. Flat Rate & Free Delivery within 1-3 working days.
Orders placed after 4pm Monday to Friday are processed the next working day & Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next working day
Nationwide(all other states in Nigeria): within 3-5 working days
International: within4-7 working days
If your order is to be received by a 3rd party (not you) please use the 3rd parties contact number at checkout and inform them to expect an order on your behalf. Damages as a result of failure to do so shall not be the liability of Aphro Beauty.
Redelivery
Upon arriving at your delivery location, our rider would wait no more than 10min at the delivery location. Once the rider leaves the delivery location, a Full Redelivery Fee shall be incurred. Refunds are not processed due to delivery failure.
Exchanges & Returns
No. Refunds & Exchange cannot be processed on item(s) that have been received, opened, tested or used due to the nature of beauty products.
If you however receive a product in faulty, damaged condition or an incomplete/wrong order please contact us immediately to lay a complaint (within 20min of receiving the order)
Complaints
Any complaint about wrong, incomplete or damaged order should be made via email or any of our social media channels within 20min of receiving the order. The complaint must be followed by video evidence. Aphro Beauty reserves the right to treat complaints outside the 20min window as it deems fit in good faith.
Aphro Beauty bears no responsibility for order damages incurred while in the care of a 3rd party authorised to be delivered to.
International Orders
International orders (orders outside Nigeria) are subject to tariffs, taxes, duties, customs and other fees per the destination country's laws and regulations. These charges are not included in the Shipping Fee at checkout and the receiver may be required to pay these charges upon delivery in the resident country.
